When I came for the first time to Myanmar. Mr Kun Phyo picked me up at the airport and for a few days he guided our group to several towns and villages in Myanmar to do photo’s hunting. I was impressed with the care services: preparation and his professionalism when he brought the group. Even especially for the photographers that still confused. He gave the guidance that really helpful.

January 2013 was my first time to step my feet in Myanmar, one of ASEAN country that I had never visited before, didn’t know well the culture and didn’t know the people. I joined a photographic tour from Indonesia. Khun Phyo met and greeted us in Yangon airport. First impression, Khun Phyo is a young tour leader with high dedication. Communication is not a problem at all as Khun Phyo spoke almost perfect British English, till I thought he studied in UK, in fact in Myanmar. So good.

A year and a half later, I arranged my own group to Myanmar and made sure that Khun Phyo is my man. The photographic tour went very well. My team member were happy and pleased by the way Khun Phyo attitude and dedication with high energy to fulfil what we need, especially type of food we like to eat and arranging photo scene and human subject, even some times on the spot request. Some rain disturbed plans, but a plan B or C was always available. The way we were guided had given us feeling that we were taken care in honest way and safe.

My fourth photographic trip to Myanmar will come soon, and of course with Khun Phyo is arranging for it.

My husband and I had a special privilege to have had Khyun Phyo Thu Aung as our guide on Inle Lake in Myanmar twice. He was very knowledgeable and well spoken in English. We were especially pleased because he was able to take our special wishes and interests into consideration and arranged visits to local families as well as acted as a liaison to the orphanages where we were able to contribute building materials, food and medicine.
We are sure he will be very successful in organizing trips though his new agency.

“Myanmar is a beautiful country and the people are very friendly.  I came to know this not just as a tourist but also as someone who lived and worked in the country for three years.  It is rather different from the other countries of Asia.  During my stay in Myanmar I did some holiday trips, and Phyo organized one of them as my guide.  He is an experienced guide and tour operator who planned a great itinerary and a comfortable, unforgettable holiday at a reasonable price.”

Phyo is really amazing guide. His knowledge of the history and contemporary of Myanmar is very wide. He organizes each part of the sightseeing program perfectly, with access to most interesting places and people of Myanmar. Always smile and well behaved. I am sure, that your experiences will be only positive, while using his services… I do recommend him as the organizer of your staying in Myanmar.

In December 2009 / January 2010 we went for three fantastic weeks to Myanmar.

Our tour was perfectly organized and for almost 10 days we were accompanied by Phyo.

The service was very professional and we also had a lot of fun. Phyo showed us “inle lake”,

a really mystic lake with villages on the water, floating gardens and fisherman that are famous for their very special rowing style standing on one leg. It was such a peaceful and special atmosphere.

After some days at the water, the three of us headed towards the mountain area close to Kyaing Tong where we did several days of hiking to the settlements of several tribes. It was a very careful and very impressive contact with the people there.

Phyo organized local guides and drivers and suggested the most interesting tours.

And, as he loves photography, he knows the best spots to take a brilliant photo, too.

We really enjoyed the time in Myanmar and with Phyo. Thanks, and see you again!
